The historic 42nd Annual Dilworth Criterium is set to take place on Saturday April 11, 2015.   The Dilworth Criterium is a bicycle race and festival designed to attract  professional and amateur cyclists from all of the country to the beautiful Dilworth Neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The 42nd edition of the Dilworth Criterium will once again be held in conjunction with the Novant Health Invitational Criterium in Uptown Charlotte in the evening and the Belmont Criterium on Sunday, April 12. That’s right sports fans – racing all day in Dilworth, then pro feature races Uptown Charlotte. The best criterium riders on the continent will take over Charlotte for the day and Dilworth is a big part of the action!

Top finishers from the 2015 Dilworth Criterium will be invited to the The Amateur Shootout in Uptown Charlotte on Saturday evening.

The Dilworth Criterium will be timed using MyLaps Pro Chip timing. We must take an credit card imprint for collateral for the Pro Chip.   Please be prepared at registration.

2015 Race Course

The criterium races circle the one-mile Latta Park loop. There are plenty of good vantage points on the course, but the most popular the uphill start/finish line area near Myrtle and Romany and the sharp left turn at Romany and Dilworth.
For 2015, we’re expanding the schedule to allow more adult trike races and family activities including the free kid’s races. Kids from 2 to 12 can come out and race on anything with a seat and wheels  – tricycle, bicycle, unicycle, you name it, we’ll let ‘em race!

Fun for the whole family!
